I've always had an interest in cookery and especially baking, from an early age I can remember baking cakes with my Grandma during the school holidays.

A couple of years ago I made a chocolate cake and a fruit cake at Christmas time and all my friends and family enjoyed it so much that they all started asking me to make cakes for their special occasions.

My interest from there grew and I have attended several courses to increase my skills and confidence and will continue doing so...

No matter what the occasion from a wedding to a birthday my aim when creating a cake is to take your ideas and personality and not only make a cake that looks and tastes good, but a cake that will make you smile and help make your day unforgettable.
