Fruit Cake
This cake is very moist due to the proportion of fruit to flour. Great for a family dessert cake or for more traditional occasions such as weddings or 21st birthdays. Normally my fruit cakes are covered with a layer of marzipan and rolled sugar icing.
Madeira Sponge
A firm moist sponge cake filled traditionally with strawberry jam and buttercream. The sponge can be flavoured with lemon, vanilla, cherry, fruit (raisins, sultanas, currants or dates), coconut or almonds
Chocolate Cake
A yummy, rich, yet firm, chocolate cake. Made with luxury Belgian plain chocolate. Filled with chocolate butter cream. One of my favourites.

Please be aware my cakes could contain nuts or nut products due to it being prepared in a kitchen where nuts are used. My fruit cake recipe does not contain nuts
